Events Marketing Specialist


Till Nasdaq söker vi en Events Marketing Specialist i Stockholm för ett 12-månaders uppdrag med start i augusti 2026. Rollen innebär ett ansvar för att planera, genomföra och följa upp sponsrade och egna event i Norden, med fokus på varumärke, engagemang och leadsgenerering.
Overview:
As Events Marketing Specialist, you will plan and deliver a programme of sponsored and hosted events across the Nordics, supported by integrated pre- and post-event campaigns. You will partner with internal teams and external agencies and vendors to ensure each event reflects our brand and strategic priorities, and delivers measurable awareness, engagement and lead generation.
This is a 12-month contract starting August 2026, based in Stockholm with a hybrid working model. You will report to the Senior Marketing Specialist and join the European Markets Services Marketing team, working at the heart of the financial markets.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate and deliver Nasdaq-sponsored and hosted events across the Nordics (webinars, seminars, conferences, trade shows and client events).
- Build and run integrated event marketing campaigns across email, social, web and digital advertising to drive registrations and attendance.
- Own event project plans, budgets, timelines and deliverables, ensuring high-quality execution on time and within budget.
- Track, analyse and report event KPIs and ROI using analytics and CRM tools, translating results into clear insights and recommendations.
- Partner with Sales, Product, Content Development and Communications to shape event positioning, messaging and content for defined target audiences.
- Manage relationships with external partners (organisers, sponsors, speakers, venues and media) to maximise event quality, reach and value.
- Ensure all event activity complies with Nasdaq brand guidelines, policies and approval processes.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve event processes, tools and campaign performance, and proactively take on new challenges.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business related field or project management – or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in events marketing, preferably in the financial services or technology industry for a large matrix organisation.
- Proven track record of planning, executing, and marketing successful events that meet or exceed KPIs.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Creative, innovative, and strategic thinker, with the ability to generate new ideas and solutions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and event management platforms – experience with Salesforce, http://Monday.com and Bizzabo preferred.
- Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
- Basic understanding of financial language is a plus.
